Black Butterfly.
A mask made of air dry paper clay. The mask is molded and I add the additional features as I see fit. Its painted with acrylics and embelished with a wood fan, painted in black. Once all the painting is done, I started adding the the paper butterflies. I use a cricut machine to design and cut the butterflies from heavy card stock which is spray paint to add firmness to the head dress.
The mask has a hook in the back for easy hanging.
Each mask is one of a kind and since I make them as I go along, no two will be alike.
