Inspired By Japanese traditional customs, I set up to make my own interpretations. I used some blue and white cotton fabrics that I got, added my own printed silk fabrics for the lining of the jackets.

I quilted the blue and white fabric by stitching some a grid pattern and some random wavy lines.

I used white silk dupioni for the blouses, some I printed with an indigo textile dye.

I like to create a whole look for a collection, so I did the dolls hairstyles to match the collection look.
