Floral
In between Carrera and belldome I made this jacket.
It was too wide for the Glamouroz dolls and too short for what I had in mind.
I put it aside till I decide whether to keep it or not.
The jacket is made of fine white buckram with silk organza lining.
The neckline is wide and has a wide collar.
The shoulders are wide with shoulders pads to add body and stiffness to the shoulder line.
The sleeves are extra long and have a slit on top along the sleeve length.
The jacket closes in front with snaps and is decorated with pearl buttons.
Once I decided to keep it, I thought I would try it on Ellowyne doll.
It was a perfect fit.
I added a skirt made of embroidered tulle that I have, two layers of white tulle for added fullness and a silk waistband.
Once I was done with the skirt, I cut along the embroidery tulle and glued the vines on the jacket. I also added mulberry paper flowers on top.
Included with the outfit her earrings, white long stockings and her shoes.
The shoes have been in my collection for a while and needed regluing.
The doll is not included.
