A new dress in the Fall / Winter 2020 collection.
If you want old Hollywood 50's glamour, here it is.
At times when I am done with putting it all together and looking at the photos when I post them, I myself am taking a back by the sheer beauty of the total outfit.
I don't plan it, but it sure is nice to get this result. When I am happy with the total look of the outfit, there is this sense of pleasure with what I have accomplished.
Ok, now for the details. What is there?
To start there is a tight-fitting mermaid style gold dress made of wrinkled gold taffeta. The bottom of the dress has a pleated top with six layers of shirred tulle in various gold colors This gives the bottom part, the tail, a nice volume.
On top I draped and fastened as I went along with gold thread, layers of gold tone tulle.
The tulle is draped around the bust line and along the bottom part.
The tulle layer is decorated with gold beads and gold-plated disks, which decorate the waistline.
Needless to say, that there is a lot of work that went into this outfit.

The outfit come with shoes in gold, head piece which is made of tulle wrapped and decorated with gold painted mulberry paper roses. The jewelry which consists of gold tassle earrings and the necklace.
 
The wrap is a piece of tulle that I use for the photo shoot and is included.
